Why I Don't Believe — God, Religion, and the Evidence

Why I reject religious claims, how scientific evidence can be checked, and how to explain the arguments in plain English. A first-person investigation of gods, holy books, evolution, history, and the universe.

I am an atheist, and I want my reasons to be understandable. I can leave room for an unknown creator while asking what supports the specific gods, stories, books, and rules people offer me. This series examines those claims directly, follows the evidence, and answers the strongest objections in ordinary language. The opening part explains belief, knowledge, the responsibility to support a claim, and what would make me change my mind. Later parts examine evolution, cosmic origins, religious history, miracles, morality, consciousness, and the questions that come up in real debates. All 28 parts are now readable here, with sources and an author's note in each. Download The Sacred Mirage, the complete collection, as one master PDF in English or Hindi.
